The outline of Jiaozuo
Jiaozuo is located in the Northwest in Henan province and separated from Shanxi province by Taihang Mountain on the North and from Zhengzhou City and Luoyang City by the Yellow River on the South, It composes of the two cities of Qinyang and Mengzhou, four counties of Weixian, Boai, Wuzhi and Xiuwu, four urban districts of Jiefang, Shangyang, Zhongzhan, and Macun and one new hi-tech industrial development zone, It has a total area of 4,071 square kilometers and a population of 3.52 million including 811 thousand urban residents.
